Throughout this journey, the question I have wrestled with the most is: What is the end goal? Why am I doing this? Why does this matter?
I believe I finally have it.
Quant Finance is global. Quant Finance is awesome. Most people don’t hear about it before they turn 20 or 21, maybe not even until they reach PhD level.
I want to change that.
I am working to create a space where quant voices are heard, pipelines are built, and larger institutions take the lead.
The new generation of quants is here. They want to learn the math. Build the models.
They just need a space where they can connect, communicate, and learn.
That’s the mission. Make it known.
